Hospitality Training

I designed two hospitality learning modules, “English for Hospitality 1” and “Introduction to Fine Dining Service,” based on real skill gaps identified in the workplace. I began with a Training Needs Analysis (TNA) through on-site observation, interviews, and performance reviews. From there, I researched best practices, developed instructional content in Articulate Rise, and facilitated the training sessions directly with staff.

The modules focused on improving guest communication, service etiquette, and confidence in real service scenarios, leading to measurable improvement in staff performance and guest interaction quality.
