Neuroscience Based Lesson Plan

This lesson plan prototype incorporates neuroscience based evidence in order to introduce the human respiratory system to 3rd-grade learners through hands-on modeling, multimedia exploration, and group collaboration. The design intentionally taps into curiosity-driven reward pathways and joint attention to support engagement and memory. Students explore 3D models, use VR experiences, and co-construct a physical model of the respiratory system to reinforce understanding through active recall and embodied learning.
