Here is a preview of a microlearning module designed to support early career planning for professionals at Kalbe. The modules guided learners through self-assessment, career exploration, and action planning in short, structured segments to reduce cognitive load and maintain engagement. My role included content sequencing, instructional scripting, visual layout, and LMS-ready publishing in Articulate Rise.
