The brain is more complex than that! Some individuals can project vivid imagination on their minds, while others have a blank darkness when asked to create an image.

This research explores how variability in vividness, affects logographic learning activity (Chinese) in adult learners, language that consisted of symbols.

This online experiment invites adult L2 learners to learn some Chinese characters through 2 different learning videos one where pictorials that resembles the Chinese characters are provided and the other is where they are required to use imagination as part of the memorization process exploring how different unique each mind is, and how we can cater to our brain works.
